Our Guangzhou office coordinates design and buyer communication. Development, manufacturing and quality control are connected through one team.

Construction & quality control

Collar shape, placket alignment, button placement and seam finishing are reviewed against the approved sample and construction specifications.

The artwork repeat, color direction and key placement details are agreed before production. Print matching requirements should be specified during development.

Start with an idea, sketch, tech pack or authorized reference. Agree the garment type, fit, size range, fabric, colors and construction. Define original prints and logo placement where required.

Make a physical sample using the selected materials and construction. Review fit, finished measurements, fabric feel, colors, seams and any print or logo applications. Record revisions before approving the sample.
Sampling typically takes 3-15 days, depending on the materials and development requirements. Sample costs and any revisions are confirmed for the project. Screen previews do not replace physical approval.

Confirm approved measurements and tolerances, seam finishing, closures, branding and any print scale or placement requirements. Agree quantities by style, color and size before authorizing bulk production.

Yes. Ganyn's in-house team can develop golf apparel from an idea alone, through garment drawings, original print artwork, patterns, a tech pack and a physical sample. We also work from complete tech packs, authorized photos or samples, and starting styles adapted to your specification. Sampling is paid and typically takes 3–15 days, depending on the brief.
Typical bulk production takes 7-20 days after sample approval and material readiness. The confirmed schedule depends on quantity, fabric and trim availability, customization and factory scheduling. Shipping time is additional. Urgent production can be discussed when it does not affect existing commitments.

Yes. Request an NDA and send a general project description first. The agreement is completed before protected files are exchanged. We can agree exclusive original patterns and prints that will not be used for other customers. NDA-covered products and files are kept out of view or photography is prohibited during factory and office visits.
