Which materials suit the brief?
Compare pique for a textured polo appearance, plain single jersey for a smooth surface, and jacquard for a knitted-in pattern. Polyester / elastane, polyester, nylon / elastane and cotton-rich options create different starting points; blend names do not establish performance results.
Approve color, construction and custom logos.
Confirm the physical color standard, collar, placket, buttons, sleeve finish and hem. For golf polo shirts with a logo, review its contrast, dimensions and attachment on the selected fabric. Custom embroidered golf polos need checks for stitch density, backing and puckering, especially on fine stretch knits.
For high-end custom golf shirts, define quality through the actual material, finished measurements and workmanship. Approve size grading, labels and packing with the sample before bulk production.
How do quantities, sampling and production work?
For wholesale golf polos, agree quantities by style, color and size with the approved specification. Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums.
Sampling typically takes 3-15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7-20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the actual order schedule and freight time are confirmed separately.
