Which materials suit the brief?
Review woven fabric, backing or lining, sweatband and ventilation for the intended cap. Confirm surface appearance, care and logo compatibility; a technical fabric name does not verify a finished cap's performance or protection.
What is confirmed during sampling?
For custom golf hats with a logo, specify head circumference, crown height, panel construction and brim shape. Agree fitted or adjustable sizing, closure and usable adjustment range.
Review embroidery backing or applied graphics on the curved crown. Confirm logo dimensions and placement from a fixed reference, then approve labels and packing with the finished sample.
How do quantities, sampling and production work?
Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums. Sampling typically takes 3–15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7–20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the order schedule and freight are confirmed separately.
