Which materials suit the brief?
Compare smooth stretch knits, interlock or suitable brushed constructions for the desired weight and touch. Review stretch direction, recovery, opacity and bulk over a polo. Moisture management, thermal comfort and other claims need the selected material and applicable checks.
What is confirmed during sampling?
Specify zipper length, collar height, zip guard, pockets, cuffs and hem. Check shoulder and sleeve movement while layered. Confirm zipper color and performance, seam finishing, logo position, size grading and the final packing requirements.
How do quantities, sampling and production work?
Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums. Sampling typically takes 3–15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7–20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the order schedule and freight are confirmed separately.
