Which materials suit the brief?
Compare smooth stretch jersey and other suitable constructions by drape, weight, opacity and recovery. Polyester / elastane or nylon / elastane may suit movement-focused briefs; color and stretch can change how opaque the garment appears. Confirm the actual fabric before selecting a print process.
What is confirmed during sampling?
Agree neckline or collar, closure, waist shaping, finished length and any pockets or inner components. Review movement, ease and hem behavior on the worn sample. Confirm size grading, logo application and private-label materials as part of the production reference.
How do quantities, sampling and production work?
Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums. Sampling typically takes 3–15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7–20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the order schedule and freight are confirmed separately.
