Sublimated golf shirts are one option for suitable polyester-rich fabrics; the process is chosen for the actual material and artwork.

Which materials suit the brief?
Smooth single jersey is a useful starting point for detailed repeats. Polyester / elastane is our clients' most frequently chosen blend; review weight, opacity, stretch recovery and print compatibility on the selected fabric. Fine pique and other constructions need their own artwork trial.
What is confirmed during sampling?
Agree motif scale, direction, color references and any required seam matching. Specify collar, placket, sleeve and hem construction, finished measurements, size grading and logo locations. Digital artwork previews do not replace physical color, print and fit approval.
How do quantities, sampling and production work?
Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums. Sampling typically takes 3–15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7–20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the order schedule and freight are confirmed separately.
