Which materials suit the brief?
Compare plain weave or twill in polyester / elastane, nylon / elastane or cotton-rich blends. Agree weight, drape, opacity, stretch direction and recovery. A suitable woven supports movement, but fabric stretch does not compensate for an unsuitable pattern.
What is confirmed during sampling?
Specify waist and hip, front and back rise, inseam and leg opening with measurement points and tolerances. Agree belt loops, fly, closure and pocket bags. Check sitting, walking, bending and a golf stance, including pocket behavior and waistband comfort.
How are custom golf trousers ordered?
Source wholesale golf pants as a custom production order for your brand or club. Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums.
Sampling typically takes 3-15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7-20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the actual order schedule and freight time are confirmed separately.
