Ganyn Apparel
Prints & logo techniques for golf apparel.
Develop original repeat prints, placement artwork and custom logos for your golf clothing collection. Compare the finish, match the process to the fabric and approve a physical application before production.

All-over prints, developed at garment scale.
Build a repeat from your original artwork or work with our designers from an idea. Agree motif size, spacing, direction and colors in physical units. Specify matching at selected seams, along with any contrasting collar, cuff or placket panels.
Fabric & process
Dye sublimation is a useful route for compatible polyester-rich materials, usually with a light base. Cotton, nylon and other bases need their own suitable printing process. A smooth jersey, textured pique and woven face can reproduce the same artwork differently.
Sample approval
Review a print strike-off on the actual fabric for color, repeat size, sharpness and handfeel. Check heat response and stretch recovery where relevant, then approve the finished garment and agreed care performance. Exact seam matching is a separate cutting requirement.
Choose the finish for your brand mark.
Compare texture, profile and artwork clarity on the selected fabric. Each technique needs its own application trial; no single finish suits every material or logo.

Embroidery
Stitched thread creates a textured, classic club or brand mark. It can work on suitable polo knits, woven apparel and caps.
Customize
Thread colors, logo dimensions, stitch treatment and a measured position on the garment.
Check on the sample
Fine lettering, edge definition, stitch density, backing comfort and puckering. Lightweight or highly stretchy cloth may need a different backing or design treatment.

Flat heat transfer
A thin applied graphic gives a smooth finish for detailed artwork and clean logo edges on compatible materials.
Customize
Artwork colors, size, placement and the selected matte or other available surface finish.
Check on the sample
Fabric response to heat, stretch compatibility, adhesion and appearance after the agreed care cycle. Confirm the transfer material and process rather than treating every transfer as identical.
Silicone logos
A soft, raised surface adds a tactile brand detail to a polo, layer or jacket. The form and attachment are developed for the actual garment.
Customize
Color, dimensions, relief, thickness and attachment method, with tooling requirements agreed separately.
Check on the sample
Edge definition, flexibility, adhesion or stitching and contact comfort. Custom molds have supplier charges and minimums; confirm these before development.

TPU branding
A polymer application can create a defined dimensional mark. Available finishes and construction depend on the selected supplier and garment.
Customize
Shape, color, profile, size and placement. Discuss the required surface effect using a physical reference.
Check on the sample
Material compatibility, flexibility, attachment and care durability. TPU and silicone can look similar in a photograph but are different material specifications.

Screen printing
Ink applied through a screen can create a placement graphic or logo with the coverage and handfeel agreed for the project.
Customize
Artwork dimensions, ink colors, opacity and location. Confirm the ink system for the fabric and expected stretch.
Check on the sample
Edge clarity, coverage, curing, handfeel and performance after care. Fine detail and multiple colors can affect setup, cost and minimums.

Special effects & embossing
Discuss tone-on-tone embossed or debossed details, thermochromic effects and other specialist finishes as individual development requirements.
Customize
Relief pattern, effect, coverage and the intended viewing or temperature conditions.
Check on the sample
Material suitability, consistency, recovery and durability. Special effects may involve tooling, supplier minimums and additional trials; their availability is confirmed for your brief.
What to include in your artwork brief.
Discuss your project- Original artwork or an authorized reference
- Finished dimensions, repeat scale and orientation
- Color references and required surface finish
- Garment fabric and measured application position
- Any seam matching, stretch or care requirements
- NDA and exclusive-use requirements before confidential files are shared
One approved application, recorded for production.
Our team can develop original print artwork and technical specifications from an idea. Confirm artwork versions, garment sizes, physical color references and application dimensions together. Digital previews help discussion; the physical trial and approved sample establish the production reference.
Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Print setups, custom logos, molds and other supplied components may have separate minimums and charges. We confirm scope, costs and available options for your project.
