Choose how you want to develop your collection.
Bring a complete specification, work with our designers on an original concept, or develop one of our reference styles. The scope, sample costs and production specification are agreed for your project.
OEM: produce to your specification
Start with your tech pack or authorized reference garment.
We review construction, measurements, fabric, artwork, trims and packaging, then develop a sample for approval.
Best suited to a brand with an established product specification or approved fit.
ODM: develop the product together
Start with an idea, concept or sketch.
Our full-time designers develop drawings, original print artwork, patterns and a tech pack, then work through the physical sample with you.
Agree the scope, deliverables and protected designs before development begins.
Private label: adapt a reference style
Start with a reference style and your brand requirements.
Confirm the fabric, fit, colors, print and branding changes, together with labels, hangtags and packaging.
A practical route when you want a clear starting point with a specification made for your brand.
Choose the development approach that fits your business.
Ganyn Apparel develops and manufactures OEM, ODM and private-label golf apparel in China for emerging brands, established brands, wholesalers, golf clubs and independent designers.
Emerging brands
Build a focused first collection around a manageable number of styles and colors. The starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed. Stock fabrics can offer a practical starting point, while custom fabrics, trims and packaging may have separate minimums.
To begin: share your product concept, intended quantity and any fabric or fit references. Our designers can help prepare artwork and technical specifications. Confirm sample costs and the proposed scope before development starts.
Established brands & wholesalers
Work from your tech pack, approved fit or authorized reference sample to develop a coordinated range. We review the fabric, print, logo application, size specification and private-label details during sampling. Smaller runs are handled in Dongguan; larger production programs are supported by Jiangxi.
To begin: send the style specifications, quantity by style and color, size breakdown and intended destination. For repeat orders, confirm current material availability and the production schedule for each run.
Golf clubs & events
Develop custom team golf shirts, golf team uniforms or a coordinated tournament range. Club colors, custom logos, fit and sizes are reviewed on a physical sample. Polos, caps and layers can share a visual direction while retaining their own specifications.
To begin: share the club or event brief, quantity by style and color, sizes, destination and required arrival date. We plan development, production and freight together; an event date is a planning requirement, not an automatic delivery guarantee.
Independent designers
Our full-time designers can help translate sketches and original artwork into garment drawings, print artwork, a tech pack and a finished sample. Confirm which development deliverables you need, then review fabric, fit, construction and print placement before bulk production.
To begin: share a general description of the project. Request an NDA before sending confidential artwork or technical files. References should be original work or material you are authorized to use.
Artwork and technical development.
You can begin with an idea alone. Our full-time designers can develop garment drawings, original print artwork, patterns, a tech pack and a physical sample. We also work from a complete tech pack, an authorized photo or reference garment, or an existing starting style adapted to your brief.
Agree the garment construction, measurement points, size grading, print scale, logo placement, labels and packaging. Exclusive original patterns and prints can be protected under written terms; request an NDA before sharing confidential files.

A sample to approve, before a production run.
Sample development typically takes 3-15 days, depending on the materials and customization. Review fabric handfeel, fit, finished measurements, color, print placement and logo application on the physical garment.
Confirm revisions and the final specification in writing before bulk production. Minimum orders start at 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom fabrics and trims may have separate minimums.
Are sample fees credited against bulk orders?
Samples are charged according to the garment and customization. The factory-charged sample garment cost can be credited against a bulk order under the agreed quotation. Third-party charges, such as silicone-logo mold development, and shipping are not eligible for credit. The eligible amount and conditions are confirmed before sampling.

Private label golf shirts and a coordinated collection.
Develop private label golf shirts alongside layers, pants, shorts, dresses, jackets or caps. Specify logo treatment and placement, woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packing with the garment brief. Custom logo golf shirts can use embroidery, silicone, heat transfer, TPU or screen printing, selected for the actual fabric and artwork.
Approve artwork dimensions, colors, attachment and label wording on the sample. Custom packaging and trims may have separate minimum quantities. Costs and packing instructions are agreed before production.

Product photography, planned with the product.
Photography can be arranged for your approved styles. Define the views you need: a white-background main image, construction details, model images or other agreed formats.
Confirm image dimensions, crop, file format, intended usage and the number of views before the shoot. Scope, cost and schedule are agreed separately; photography is not automatically included in the garment quote.
A clear brief. An approved sample. An agreed production plan.
Use this checklist to prepare your inquiry and understand the decisions made before bulk production and dispatch.

What do you need for a quote?
Share the garment type, reference images or tech pack, quantity per style and color, size range, preferred fabric or functional requirements, print and logo details, labels and packaging. Include the delivery destination and any required arrival date.
You can start with an outline if the specification is incomplete. We will identify the decisions still needed. Quotes depend on the agreed materials, customization and quantities; sample development and photography are scoped and priced for the project.
What is approved before production?
Review the physical sample for fit, finished measurements, fabric handfeel, color, print scale and placement, collar and placket construction, logos and trims. Confirm the size specification and measurement tolerances, labels and packaging requirements. Screen colors do not replace physical color approval.
Agree any revisions and the final specification before authorizing bulk production. If materials or specifications change after approval, review the effect on price, sampling and schedule with our team.
How are lead times and arrival dates planned?
Samples typically take 3-15 days, depending on the development and materials. Bulk production typically takes 7-20 days after sample approval and material readiness. The confirmed schedule depends on order quantity, customization, fabric and trim availability, and factory scheduling.
Shipping time is additional. Share your destination and required arrival date so production and transport can be planned together. Urgent orders can be discussed when they do not affect existing commitments; availability must be confirmed for the project.
What happens before dispatch?
Every finished garment receives two full inspections. The second inspection follows pressing and checks for marks, stains and color changes. Measurements and construction are reviewed against the approved specifications. Buyers may arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection.
Agree the inspection scope, timing, booking responsibility and any required reports with our team before dispatch. Required fabric performance tests and supporting documents should be identified during development and confirmed for the selected material or product.
How are payment and shipping agreed?
Payment options include bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, credit and debit cards, and platform-protected transactions through an agreed trading platform. The available payment method, currency, payment stages, bank or payment-service charges and payment schedule are confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice. Platform buyer protection is subject to the selected platform's terms.
Confirm the delivery destination, transport method, shipping quote and trade terms before dispatch. Clarify responsibility for freight, insurance, import clearance, duties and taxes in writing. These arrangements depend on your order and are not assumed to be included in the garment price.
Can we protect confidential designs?
Yes. An NDA can be arranged before confidential files are exchanged. Selecting the NDA option requests an agreement rather than signing one.
We can develop exclusive original patterns and prints and agree not to use them for other customers. Confirm the protected designs and exclusivity scope in writing. For projects covered by an NDA, protected products and production files are kept out of view or photography is prohibited during factory and office visits. Confidential designs are not published without permission.
